My lunar birthday

oww...poor me..granma forgotten its my lunar birthday today.. no "mi sua" for me this year...
but granma treat me Subway ooo... IN ler??? hahah... yummy... yummy!!!
i cook for myself today!!! homemade nudgets... n layered jelly "experiment" ...it was successful!
looks nice taste good.. mamamia..(*corz i made it... XD)

Save The Planet? Eat Kangaroo!!!

Ever wonder the dark secret behind the innocent victims (cows, sheep, goats) of humanity's appetite for meat? Which means greenhouse gasses produced by livestock will be doubled. Apart from all of us turnig into vegetarian diets, what else can be done to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from livestock? Here's a suggestion instead......Eat Kangaroo!! *as kangaroo do not emit methane*

Are You Photic Sneezer?

Wonder why i get an unpleasant prickling in my nose, uncontrollable watering of my eyes and a quickening of breath when a bright shaft of sunlight smack between my eyes. A sneeze came as soon after the sensation, blessed relief! Most of us are similarly afflicted as "photic sneeze reflex" is actually common. Sunlight is the most widespread, but its the odd stimulus that sets off sneezing too, Just like how we grope for handkerchief after drinking a glass of wine. There are some oddities where people sneeze whenever they had a full stomach, this phenomenon called " snatiation". And there was a case where people sneezed clockwork precision everyday! A sneeze, should be triggered by an irritant of mucus-producing membrane of our nostrils. This stimulates the nerves, which mediates input from all over our face. Results in a cascade of reactions throughout the body, which involve: mucus production in nose, momentary closing of our eyes, a wave of impulse sent to generate an explosive air with high speed, and here comes "gales of hurricane force"!

Last Day Teaching

My last day of teaching at d primary school...
But it was my last day teaching my class yesterday..
As soon as i reaches school early in the morning..
Heard my students shouting my name from d class window..
And as i walk into d front hall..they all gathered there..
Asked me tons of questions...
Begging me to stay back n teach them...
They even blame me for leaving..poor me.. T.T
After i explain to them..
some of them ask me to share some periods with their teacher pulak..
Standard 3... hahah..
They all just looks so cute and innocent that time..
They said they gonna keep blocking my way till i promise to teach them...
Luckily the disciplinary teacher was there...
And so i ask them to go back to class before the teacher scold them...
Today is the day of the chinese story telling competition..
After i talk to the pk..
He gave me the permission to watch my students' performance...
I was so glad and nervous for them as well..
As i put in efforts to train them too..
Climax... as i expected... the first two places won by my student!
I was so excited... that i quickly ran into their class as soon after that..
To congratz them and confer my greatest benediction on them...
Gosh.. i would grudge a penny to stay with them..
Went into the standard 5 class the last period..
Whoa.... hubbub..squabbling..killing me!
But..its my last day..last period.. feel slothful to shout at them..
Moreover.. too busy handling those "questions" that've thrown onto me by those students in front..
They were like besieged me with all kinds off "questions" or " nonsense"?!! ~ HELP!
Thank god... it only last for 30minutes...
RINNGGG!..... the symbol of the end of the tyrannizing period...
I'm freed!

Ok...I can be a vr Strict teacher too..

Back to school again,2nd day..all my students were so happy to see me. I admit that i used to found them torturing, but, miss them all after awhile. So, here i am..agree to go back n teach.
I was so angry with the class after i mark their workbook today. Ridiculous! Nearly get all wrong from 6 out of 10books!
I was really angry indeed of myself. I thought it must be my problem, but as i go on..some can get all correct and write exactly as i taught and some did very well too. So i went into the class (looks very serious). All my students sense smth's not right n stop making noise..
They all look at me with a very worrying face. Then, the new me entered..
I ask i they know how to do their homework. All said yes..
"That means you all perfunctorily do this? or you all think that i wont gonna cane so simply done it?" i shouted at them. They all get frightened and kept silent.
I repeated the question on the board they all seems understand n can answer me very well.
Then i wrote some questions n pointed those that did wrongly out to do it on the board..
Surprisingly, they got it right!
Obviously they didn't put in their heart to do their homework. I gave them back all the workbooks n ask them to redo. And they promised me that they wont muddle through their work again.
Before going home, i went to see the parent of one of my student (the problem maker) and tell her her son's problem (never expect myself doing this, but what enter my mind was-i must help this poor boy. So, i talk to his mum). Glad his mum a reasonable person, and she agree with what i told her. And that boy realize, its his fault...
I went home with peace and joy! =)

A Sense of Accomplishment

Before I enter my class today
I change the frame of mind
kept telling myself that i can make it!
I warned them in a nice way as i enter the class
And they promised that they will behave themselves
I'm glad, they did :-)
We were having fun today
And i'm happy that i make them learn
Whenever they're making fun of their friends
Blaming other members when they cant score
Laughing at others when they make mistakes
I'll seize the opportunity to make them think
"Am I right for doing this? Did i ever do the same thg?"
And i knew i did it when i see the guilty conscience in them
It is so important for them to learn n realize all these moral value
Before they step into the reality of the vicious society
What make me so proud?
I make a student whom known as the problem-maker
to do his homework - Willingly! (yay)
I tried to talk to him
Try to figure out the problem behind
Finally, he came to me after some time and tell me
"the secret" that no one in the school knows (he claims)
As i anticipated - Family dispute.. poor boy..
I gave him advice

My day as a Teacher

My first day of teaching in primary school..
SRJK(C) Kheng Tean...As temporary teacher for 3days...
Goodness...Those devils are really killing me!!!
the pk said that i need not teach...
I actually intended to teach but it was too sudd tht i din prepare for it..
Tho i planned to teach from the 3rd period onwards..
But they were just too noisy on their own...
So i gave them a quiz...
And they keep complaining that it wasn't fair..
I had given chances to every group n everyone...
Gosh..can anybody bring me back to my childhood...
Did i ever complain my teacher for being unfair for nothing??
Or just because i loose? Is that my retribution?not as i rmb...T.T
Luckily i came out with a brilliant idea...
:"if i caught anyone keep making noises or naughty, i'll deduct the group marks!"
Immediately, all keep quiet...phewww...G!
The next class...
thy've been asking me many science questions....
luckily i manage to answer...
but there's one question that makes me swt, swt, swt
"teacher,teacher, what will red been become if it's been thrown frm 18th floor?"
friends...can u tell the answer?
I did...should i cheer for it? ==
"...become green bean?..."
"teacher u r so clever..haha..cause red bean was too scared that the face turns green!!"
And they kept laughing n syok sendiri there...
I just grin and bear it....!!!
